Hello!

I'm Ruth, I'm the CEO and founder of Peachy Wellbeing and I'm so glad that you've taken this step in changing your life. 


I'm a mum, partner, daughter, teacher, head, mentor and a coach- this allows me to view teaching from a variety of perspectives. Varied and interesting- all with different opinions that are underpinned by one key priority- your wellbeing. 


 I'm currently smashing my way through a 20-year career working in mainstream primary schools and during this time, I have worked with many outside agencies such as Autism Outreach, Behaviour Support and CAHMS, ensuring that the pupils in my care (and their parents) have had the best education and support possible. I have had copious amounts of CPD in personal, social and emotional development, behaviour management, philosophy for children and I hold a certificate in the teaching of PSHE.


In both my last role as Assistant Principal and my current role as Head of School, my main aims have been to provide support to staff in terms of wellbeing and mental health. There is not enough support out there for teachers and I've made it my mission to protect, empower and support those within my team to have a positive outlook on life and grow in confidence to stand up and take back their wellbeing. 


And now it's time for me to help others on a wider scale.
