We know how daunting teaching can be, especially during the first few years. ECT years are filled with successes but also challenges, and we want to be part of that journey with you. If ECTs are to thrive, then they need to be supported fully and sadly, that is not always the case. As an ECT, your support network should be rich, varied and close-knit- we want to be a part of that.

We strive to create a supportive learning community that fosters growth, creativity, and innovation. The ECT Coach, as part of Peachy Wellbeing LTD, is committed to helping our ECTs achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
